We behave either as your A+ Outsourced BD Team, or as a key support consultant to your Chief Growth Officer—deciphering fact from fiction on your inherited team’s progress and prospects.
On 10 mutually agreed upon top deals (under the 90-day option) OR on up to 2 top deals per month (under the annual option), d8 Group will:
Provide Business Intelligence research and documents—RFI’s, PWS, articles, etc.
Provide Scope and Objectives Overview
Populate list of potential teaming partners/ competitors based on comprehensive research of high pWin fits – to fill identified gaps
Outreach to high pWin partners for productive teaming discussions with Client on the top opportunit(ies)
Present a Gate 1 review on the selected opportunit(ies) to determine pursuit viability
Populate the prospective government Customer Call Plan
Outreach all Contracting Officers to further qualify the deal – 9 key questions d8 attempts to clarify on behalf of the Client
Client is responsible for confirming monthly Capture Lite Reviews with d8 Group who will send the inquiry and meeting invites, but non-responsive clients will still be responsible for the monthly retainer for Capture Lite through the period of performance.
